A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We tried to pick up but customer couldn’t give us items before 3 pm .We just cannot adjust to that schedule .

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper agreed to pick-up shipment within the parameters that I explained in my request, then, after booking, said that they were unable to fulfill their agreement. Now I have to cancel and find another shipper.
