I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period the service provider hasn't been intouch with myself or the person at address where items are to be collected from , the items need moving quickly as the seller has new tenant moving in .

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the service provider did not show up at stated time I sent txt message and emailed also left voicemail to contact me by phone or email but no response , this is not good enough very embarrassing when you tell seller someone is coming and they don't show on specified day but worse of all when the courier cannot even be bothered to contact you to give reason for not picking up
