Brian was wonderful. He maintained communication with me both before the trip and while we were on the way home. Before that day he called to get some background info; how long I had had the horses, etc.He stopped to check on my horses, and gave me updates. During the loading process he was kind and gentle to my horses, and one of them was rather reluctant.The whole process went very smoothly. After this experience, Brian is the only shipper I will use. Thank you - happy my babies are home too!
