A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had a blow out on the road, which caused my schedule to change drastically. I was no longer able to accommodate this shipment. I do apologize to the customer, he was very accommodating to my changing schedule.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I called at 8:30am to verify the shippers ability to get my bike. Was told there was no problem.
He contacted the pickup location to tell them he was running 5-6 hours late and did not notify me .
I reached out and the man he said he had a blow out and was running behind
Several hours passed and i received a call tell me it wasn’t worth it for him since he was running behind
I’m extremely upset and unhappy with the lack of communication or ability to follow through with a single
