I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. The customer requested a cancellation but said we couldnt supply 2 men and we agreed to cancel. I havent talked to the customer. They havent returned my message. We supply 2 men on ALL deliveries and we certainly didnt ask for a cancellation. It appears they dont need their items shipped which is fine, but I wish they had been honest on their reason

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment after arriving and seeing the items, the shipper and myself determined that i did not have adequate materials to handle such a shipment, next carrier should have cardboard, at minimum 30 heavy duty moving blankets, and a crew of 2.

This delivery is quite complex, 18' foot long table, 18 chairs, china, sidboard, one of the most difficult set. Brend done without any problems and customer very pleased with his work.. good communication and very responsible.. thank you
