There were some initial communication problems, but the product arrived safely and as promised. There was an attempt to tack on additional costs some weeks after the job was completed, but the shipper worked it out on their end and no additional money was paid out. All in all, a decent transaction and experience. Thanks.

These two Rock It! Bobby and his wife were communicative, careful and so diligent at making sure the two Vespas made it from San Diego to New York in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship their collectible belongings. Will be calling them soon!

To be honest, this was a little distressing. The rep from the company was a nice guy, but the process was slow, tedious and a bit laborious. The boxes DID get to me just fine, however two weeks later they contacted me and wanted more money for the job. They claimed the weight was 60 or 70 pounds more than the original estimate on my part when I put the lot up in U-Ship. So I re-weighed the entire lot, and found it over by about 15 pounds. I did not pay and was never given an explanation. Odd...

I have a certified weight statement from the carrier of the actual shipped weight of the item of which I sent to the customer - not sure what expalnation the customer was seeking - I have a written certified statement he has his bathroom scale.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Seems the shipper is having a bad time of things. Was supposed to pick up last Friday, but due to mechanical issues, his truck has been stopped dead in it's tracks for now, with no real firm idea as to when they will be back on the road. As I am going to be out of town next week, scheduling is a concern, if I am not going to be here to receive the motorcycle, so I am going to opt out at this juncture, and try to secure another shipper on U-Ship to get my bike to San Diego.
