An excellent shipper for comprehending the process and a good communicator. Your positive comments are most appreciated. Due to replacement value of items being shipped, customer advised to consider purchasing a primary coverage insurance rider directly themselves once carrier was booked and prior to pickup. This was done to cover all shipping risks & peace of mind.
