I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The customer was informed of our payment arrangements at 2pm, and was fine with them. It was not until 4 hours and 175 miles later that he initiated the cancellation. I believe that the customer should be held liable for the Uship fees as well as the 25% cancellation fees AS STIPULATED IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Had he stated his discomfort with our payment method, he should have stated so, and we would have offered an alternate method. I do not believe I should be charged for a cancellation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider SHIPPER HAS NO WAY OF UNLOADING TRUCK WANTS TO KNOW IF ANY SHIPPING COMPANIES AROUND TO UNLOAD TRUCK
WANTS THE MONEY THRU A CASH CARD AT WALMART AND I GIVE THE NUMBERS FROM THE CARD AND IT WILL GO INTO THERE ACCOUNT
I HAVE CASH IN HAND SO WHY WOULD I NEED TO GET THIS CASSH CARD
