When you try to come in my front glass doors with a sofa in your arms and risk breaking my doors, before even telling me you were here or asking where we wanted sofa delivered (Maybe my loading dock in the back !!!!), for sure I am going to be MAD. Really people.

I do not like people who represent themselves on line as the shipper but then farm out to people who probably do not qualify as shippers for uship. It is very misleading.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Unfortunately, this service provided did not show up at agreed time. I promised my client a delivery timetable for a party they were having. We had to deliver ourselves. 14 hours of our time driving. It was a very upsetting experience.
