A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have a problem with my trailer and ran out of time.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Got caught in bad weather and the customer wasn't very understanding to the fact. Ice and snow in Texas where roads aren't very well maintained in these circumstances and he asked to cancel and I agreed.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider After multiple requests over almost a weeks time to provide proof cargo insurance, the provider never did provide that, He told me he would send it many times and never sent it. He also slipped the pick up day by multiple days And I did not feel comfortable that he would follow through.
