After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I arrived at pick up location and customer repeatedly disrespected me until I had no other option but to cancel job after he waisted my time and had me drive there to pick it up he then created a problem when I arrived

Had a very good experience and Luis , Is super friendly and genuinely cares about the items he is transporting. He has a super nice truck with lots of equipment to protect and move. Whatever he hast to do. I haven’t seen any better. I appreciate him very much. ?

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The seller that I purchased the vehicle from did not tell me that the wheels were frozen and could not roll, so they could not load it on a trailer. I am sorry they could not accommodate my car.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider excepted the shipment but his phone is turned off for more than a day off and he’s not responding to emails I’m very upset because I have put out the money for the shipment he is being very unresponsive I would not use this shipper
