The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The provider's driver did not show up three times and now he doesn't even pick up the phone.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Due to misinformation given by the pick up location, the carrier was not able to pick up the welder. They did everything in their power to make it work and am looking forward to working with them in the future. But now, due to scheduling conflicts between both parties, we now have to request a cancellation of this shipment to be able to relist it.

Because of border crossing conflicts, the carrier was not able to pick up the unit as scheduled. The carrier was very professional and helpful, but now that we are good to go with the documentation, they are now unable to accommodate our shipment. Therefore, we need to cancel it and relist it for immediate pick up.

Took the customer almost a month to get customs sorted out, and by the time that happened I was leaving for short 5 day vacation, and now they cancelled it while I was gone which is very unfortunate. I was very upfront about when I was going to be gone. I see the shipment is still not booked or picked up, so why they cancelled it does not really make any sense to me.
