The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it After attempts to pick up the chairs, which I wasn't able to get there in time due to being stuck in traffic, I hired another local moving company to pickup the chairs for me, and being in contact with the pickup location and being assured they would stay open till the company got there. Needless to say when you company got to the pickup location at 607pm, no one was around. Then the next pickup window, the company was going to pickup the chairs, the night before the shipper said forget it,

Jamie was great at communicating with me throughout the delivery process. He was very nice and arrived on time. My headboard arrived in perfect condition. This was my first time using UShip and Jamie and it was a very good experience so I will definitely be using them again if I ever need a mover/shipper.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper, Scott, didn't get to the pickup location at the time allotted for pickup. I had to email him the day of pickup to make sure he was going to make it on time and that is when he said he wasn't going to. He then found a moving company to go to the auction house to pick up the chairs for him at the last hour but they were late getting there. He was going to send the same moving company to go back the following week to get them but he seemed very unsure on whether or not they could make
