After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE IF NOT THE WORST WITH YRC, THE TRUCKER CALLED THE SHIPPED AND TOLD HIM TO ASK FOR A SMALLER TRUCK SINCE THEY SEND AN 18 WHEELER TO A HOUSE ADDRESS, AFTER THAT I CALLED YRC AND THE LADY WAS SO DISAPPOINTED AT THE DISPATCHER THAT, FRUSTRATED GAVE ME THE DIRECT TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE DISPATCHER EVEN IF I CAN'T HAVE IT, BUT SHE REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS HAPPENING WITH THE DISPATCHER. AFTER THAT, I CALLED THE DISPATCHER AND HE LITERALLY TOLD ME TO "GO Fx
