I no longer need my item(s) shipped Sent request for credit card number to pay directly instead of going through U-ship. Not comfortable giving out CC information to unknown sources

happy, quick but communication between company employees could have been better but they got it done and would recommend in the future for quick turn around.

price was excellent, communication was good. When choosing loading and unloading options( no loading dock, no forklift) shipper showed up with out a way to unload equipment luckily business next door loaned a hoist. I would use this shipper in the future just make sure electronic options are correctly relayed to human personnel.

We had the equipment to unload, but unfortunately an employee had assured us prior to departure that we wouldn't need it so left it at base. Will in future communicate more clearly with on-site personnel. Easy to work with shipper! Will haul for him anytime! Thank you
