A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer became very impatient the closer I got to her house and even stated to me on the phone that she was worried that I wouldn't show up. I was in route and few miles from her house and then received a text stating that she got someone else to do the job. Response from Ewa C.: I've waited 1,5 hours for him and he didn't turn up. I've called him multiple times, first time when he was already late. I was told then that he was only 15 mins away. 30 mins have passed and he wasn't there so I called him again and been told it was going to be another 30 mins, which also didn't happen. So it went on for 1,5 hours and at 12 (our agreed time was 10:30) it became clear to me that I was stitched up. I started arranging for another courier and texted him that he's no longer neede

Fantastic service for house moving. In addition to loading David' van, I planned on taking my car as I had quite a few things on top of what I'd listed. But the van was big enough for everything and Ian helped with all the other stuff too, no questions asked. He arrived bang on time and knew exactly where we were going and where to park to unload. Very impressed with the whole process, from booking the transport to having the goods delivered. You will not find better than Ian

These guys are terrific. Did everything they were asked to do and more, all within the agreed price. They turned up on time and kept me posted about everything. Very friendly and with a great attitude, definitely not work shy! Highly recommended!
