The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The trucker was to pick up on the 11th. I spoke by phone twice to Charles and he confirmed the Ritchie pickup date. I called him back to give my bidder number so he could pick up. I had to leave a message that was never returned. I called and e mailed four times and Charles refused to return e-mails or calls. My pick up date has come and gone. I'm now have to pay storage fees to Ritchie Brothers due to this companies very poor customer service. I paid for the service through U ship. I ne
