Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I quickly respond to all text within an hour or two. I never received any text or gotten a reply. I can pick this up this Friday or over the weekend if Friday is not good

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider contacted me last week saying he could not pick it up on the day he promised, which was 01/20. I message him back asking him when he is going to come, and messaged him multiple times, but he has never responded back. My client is upset and now I have to schedule another pick up.
