I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Wir haben den Transportauftrag am 21.04.2022 vergeben, am 28.04.2022 kam es zum ersten und einzigen Kontakt mit der Spedition (die Erledigung wurde aufgrund von Corona verschoben). Diverse Versuche unsererseits in Kontakt zu treten (telefonisch, per Fax, per Mail) blieben 4 Monate unbeantwortet. Uns sind zwischenzeitlich Lagerungskosten entstanden, da die Ware nicht fristgerecht abgeholt wurde. In dieser Woche haben wir nun eine andere Spedition beauftragt, und die Ware ist nunmehr bei uns.
