The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The vehicles were longer then listed.Lengths were prefilled in when the listing was created.Tried to work this out but because of penalties where vehicles were being stored could not make this work.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was only able to see 2 pics of the truck and that was what I based my bid on.The shipper bought the truck online and only had the 2 pictures to go by,so he didn't know the true condition.I was in contact with the shipper when I went to pick the truck up and told him that the truck was in very bad shape with parts taken off so it was not road ready to pull on highway.I tried to come up with a way to transport the truck safely but could not work it out.Called the shipper (Walt)to tell him that i

Negative feedback was left by the shipper. I admit that I had a few problems with this shipment, but not as significant as his comments implied. These problems were all due to mechanical problems with my equipment. I posted a response to the feedback with "my side of the story". No hard feelings from me. Sorry for the problems. I invested over $100 of my own money in storage fees and tires for the car, and did not ask for nor expect reimbursement. I received full payment.

Shipment was stolen or badly damaged due to negligence Member failed to communicate There were long delays that were entirely the fault of the Service Provider Service Provider refused to work out problems

Shipment was not stolen nor was it badly damaged. I did have mechanical problems with my vehicle that delayed pickup a couple days, and delivery was delayed approximately a week. I sent emails to apprise the shipper of these problems, and we spoke on the phone a few times also. I paid the extra storage fee caused by my inability to pickup on schedule. I purchased and installed two tires on the car to replace the tires that had been knifed prior to pickup. I did this to facilitate unloading.
