The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Due to the terrible weather of last week we could not pick up the boat until this Sat. The customer said the time frame would not work out, so agreed to cancel shipment. It a shame we get charged for this cancellation, when due to no fault of ours. That should not happen and Uship needs to change their rules regarding this. They were nice people to work with.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipping delays did not work out with our scheduled timeframe. This was mainly due to the weather and was unavoidable by the shipper.
