This carrier lost and damaged some of my items. The driver did not deliver to my door. He left my items on the sidewalk of my apartment complex. He was contracted to bring them to my door. He decided not to fulfill his duties and left my stuff on the street.

Chris was available over the phone whenever I needed him. Levi the driver himself is the best. He is so nice and what a great worker. He was able to work with me and my delivery contact and made our experience so easy.

This carrier lied about having my items covered. I have severe weather damage to my items. He also delivered my items on the sidewalk. He didn't bring them to my apartment as he was contracted. He also lost my table leg to my wooden dinner table which is not worthless. He didn't even try to call me at delivery as I was the delivery contact. I have the payment code and he didn't even try to reach me. He just delivered the items on the street and told my roommate he is in a rush and had to go.
