A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Night before pickup in April shipper contacted me to say the dog was difficult to handle and their son wasn't comfortable in trying to seperate from their other dog and not to pick up would contact me when they could arrange getting the dog safely out of their kennel into our van....waiting almost 3 weeks and shipper called to say they needed the dog picked up ASAP (like tomorrow) they had an emergency and needed 2 dogs picked up because there was no one to take care of the dogs....this would ma

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
Response from paintlover:
The night before pickup customer called to say they had a problem with the dog being agressive and they were afraid their son couldn't get the 1 dog from the kennel without the other dog being a problem...said they would get in touch in the next couple of weeks to reschedule....I was in the area twice and never could get confirmation of when to pickup for a reschedule....then received a call they needed 2 dogs picked up the next day (this would have meant over a 700 mile trip for me)

I would recomend this shipper to everyone. He went way out of his way to meet my schedule, was on time and a pleasure to deal with with in every way. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. A+
