If you are trying to be so good, often you punished by your customers. This what I learn. To deliver as fast as possible and provide the exact time of the delivery... I can not do this for 500 miles trip. If as soon as possible it is OK and I will inform where I am from the road. If the exact time, it is also good, but after 2-3 days. Of course, if customer does not pay for express delivery. That is a different... I am upset
