The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider agreed to collect items from storage on November 26th and deliver November 27th. Service provider did not show up on the 26th and today, the 27th, is unresponsive to phone and text messaging. Great inconvenience. I took a day off work to be in all day today. I am entitled to a full refund and some kind of explanation and/or apology.
