A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mark made herculean efforts to complete the shipment but it just isn't going to happen. I commend him on his ethics and professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone needing a shipper and I would use him again when the opportunity arises.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider maintains that his delay over the weekend is due to a broken vehicle rather than accepting another shipment. I cannot dispute his claim. None-the-less he leaves us high and dry over a holiday weekend.

jbschrock trucking did a great job for us under difficult circumstances. He had personal issues that could have derailed the delivery and we had to move the date up one day at the last minute. Still, he came through with no problems and no issues.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The owner of the dock cannot/will not pay for the shipment in advance. It is my error for booking the shipment without noting your payment terms. Owner wants to find his own shipment method.

The boat and trailer were delivered on time. However, the driver changed the delivery address, after being in contact with one of the recipients in San Diego. The driver did not call me to let me know he was delivering the boat to a different location and didn't return the phone call of another one of the recipients in San Diego. The communication on this shipment was extremely poor. I had no idea where the boat was at any time during delivery.

Mike did a great job on the delivery. There was a minor incident with the transportation (a semi crowded him and caused some damage to the trailer). Mike is taking care of the damages. He was timely on the delivery. Will use him again.

Mike did an awesome job. The delivery was completed faster than expected and the customer loved it. Mike even picked the shipment up sooner than expected too. Mike's communication is great. Thanks Mike. You are really great to work with.

Rubys was very helpful and got the boat and trailer to the destination in perfect condition and within the promised time frame. They were great to work with. The communication was sketchy due to the travel route and no cell phone service but they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again.
