A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Time and communication was a bit off for myself and the customer. I needed to have this picked yesterday but by the time the customer and I were able to make contact with each other I had already left the NYC area and unable to return because I was already in Philadelphia area (too far away)

Our customer in SF cancelled our return shipment, unfortunately we won’t be able to make a trip to Northern CA without a return or second shipment. We are working hard on getting a second shipment.
