I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I notice that you have requested a cancellation for your shipment. We tried unsuccessfully numerous times to reach the client late last week via email and phone calls. Rather than cancel would the client be willing to reschedule this pick-up? We will have our team back in the area tomorrow for pick-ups for the July shipment. Could that work?

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment We had put the bid up showing the latest date of delivery was Monday, but Diaz Transport said it'd have to be on Tuesday the 17th. Our customer was upset about this so we had to find someone else. We are sorry for cancelling, but this was what we originally needed. We were able to find another courier that could deliver by Monday the 16th.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Incorrect Address was given to the service provider. He was instructed to deliver in Las Vegas NV. We found out from the consignee the item was supposed to be shipped to Seattle. The service provider does not go to Seattle so he was informed we needed to cancel and find a service provider who can go to Seattle. Fortunately, we found out before the service provider picked up the item. He was informed and said he could not go to Seattle.
