I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I have a full scheduled trip to take to the west coast and I first just want to say to all involved I'm sorry but I cannot accommodate any of these shipments at this time. A family emergency has came up and I will not be able to service this trip. Again sorry for any inconvenience.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We were at the address to pick up the item to be shipped only to be told that we had to come back in two days to make the pick-up. We tried contacting the customer to make arrangements to pick this up and we never got any reply from them. In this business we cannot sit around in hotel rooms waiting for the person to get ready for this shipment.
