I no longer need my item(s) shipped Larry did a great job and was punctual with communication, but I was not able to resolve a dispute between the pick-up contact and myself. No fault of Larry's what-so-ever

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Hello. I called and e-mailed Rick and he said it was best to contact him by e-mail and that he did not know when he could get this picked up and delivered. He has not responded to several e-mails since. Thanks.
