After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Considering we are the carrier and not the 'shipper' clearly demonstrates this shipper's lack of attention to detail in terms of conducting the business of her shipment. We agreed to her 2 locations though she only listed one. She failed to read the notes to the shipper section and her locations were not open during the time window. She was given alternatives but has conflated not agreeing to her terms with unprofessionalism. Once she became irate to the point of cursing the deal was over.
