After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer This move, just outside NY City, requires 2 the 4 men to work in small, close confines for 4 to 6 hours. This is not a keeping safe social distance gig, with a lot of huffing and puffing. Two of our staff were willing to make this move, but the truck that they need will not be here for another two days. In this pandemic there are delays on route at every pick up and every drop off.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider has given numerous excuses without merit. Additional extensions of opportunity to pickup the shipment were also given and those too weren't abided to, per the agreement. We now seek full refund not only of what was paid to uShip but our insurance coverage and the $175 paid directly to the shipper to purchase blankets that we've never gotten the benefit of.
