Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time I reached out to the customer on Friday to say that I would be able to transport this load on Monday, October 25, and we agreed to this. I noticed that he is requesting this cancellation on Sunday, October 24. He also stated that he called me to discuss this delivery but I haven’t spoken to him since Friday after we agreed to today. I would gladly cancel this but no negative remarks. I will complete this load but I will need to receive payment or confirm payment before I except this. Response from Timothy H.: Could not reach you via your cell, provider says phone number was not in service and heard nothing on Monday before USHIP got involved and canceled for me. I attempted all weekend to confirm for Monday. Boat was being hauled end of the week already to Nevada and the other provider took care of the job.

Response from Timothy H.: We're able to pick up early and got it to me, took good care of issues beyond their control like a tire blow out.. definitely recommend them.

While they did get it shipped for the agreed upon price, kept being a hassle that the amount was too low and took a few weeks to get it shipped..

AMAZING Driver. Took great care of my boat and making sure the work needed was done with vendors.. He's also handy and super professional.. Will ABSOLUTELY use him again.. He also delivered ahead of time and doesn't waste time and was on time for pickup..

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Tried texting and calling this weekend to confirm monday after the provider couldn't pick up on Thursday / Friday.. I have another provider who's picking up to take to Nevada will handle getting the tires replaced.
