The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider wrote in an email, "Unfortunately I cannot complete this transport for you. I was just informed that my father had a heart attack last night and is in the hospital. I'm so sorry." Brandon
This is what the service provider wrote me and I have not been able to reach him since. He is not responding to email or phone messages so I assume he has "pulled the plug".
I have re-listed the shipment.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Both my customer who was to receive the goods and myself, the sender, were unable to reach the shipper despite many attempts. The time lag is because both of us thought the other was communicating with the shipper. Once we talked, knowing too much time had transpired, we understood that the shipper just "went off the radar".

Good guys, good set up and they stayed in good communication and did everything as they said they would.
