After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer booked the shipping at 10:24am and cancelled at 10:29am. He is saying that we couldn't pick up his shipment at the requested date, when he only booked it for 5min. We do speak English, just because we have an accent, doesn't mean otherwise.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped This shipper was great to work with and answered any and all of my questions quickly, which very few do. I couldn’t have asked for any better. However, things changed and shipment was no longer needed. Hope to work with again sometime.
