David was great. He gave us all the information we needed as soon as this was booked. He also worked with us on schedule so we could avoid areas with closures. Prompt payment. Truly enjoyed working with him. Hope to get a chance to do so again.

Easy to work with Paul the owner. Scott the driver sent updates each day and we made the delivery work well for me so I could be there for it. Highly recommend.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I accepted their quote almost 2 months ago (accepted on 7 March) and they are unable to find a carrier. They missed both timelines given to them and have no idea when they will find a carrier. Apparently you can low ball bid on UShip and not have to perform to the contract within a reasonable time frame. I noticed many cancellations on Marvel Transports reviews lately and the standard reply that they TYPICALLY need 1-5 business days and so on. 59 days and still waiting is NOT 1-5 business days..

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I called the service provider when I didn't hear from him and the shipment was supposed to be picked up today. He said he already left and doesn't have a trailer for my vehicle so he cannot ship it even though he bid on my shipment twice.

Jeff was easy to work with. He stayed in touch during the Michigan closure and waited patiently for the state to reopen so the dealership could finish getting my boat ready. Once ready for pickup, Jeff contacted me both shortly before and when he picked it up. He also communicated when we would arrive and did so right on time. He even sent me a pic of it since I wasn't there to accept it however a buddy of mine was and did so. Definitely would have Jeff ship another if needed.
