The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We dispatched a driver but were told while in route by the seller that the boats beam (width) was 9’6” and our driver was not comfortable with towing as it is considered an oversized load that requires permits and escorts. Was working on getting permits and escorts scheduled so it could be rescheduled for transport.
