Frustrating experience. I understand we did not book the guaranteed shipping but we were given an expected delivery date of 9.10 and it was not delivered until 9.17 so we were not thrilled.
All of the pallets we booked directly through RL Carriers arrived on time, the one we booked through Now Move USA was 7 days late. Would recommend booking with RL directly.
Customer service was responsive but didn't offer much outside of "you didn't book guaranteed service". Which I understand and accept.

Shipment picked up on 09/14 - delivered on 09/17. We quoted 2 business day transit time. 1 day delay should be acceptable for a non guaranteed service. NOTHING was 7 days late. No need to lie about the transit time.
