The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After missing two deadlines for pick up (they agreed to pick up two vehicles in one day and I extended them an additional day), and also not being able to communicate with the shipper (because they literally turn their phones off during business hours), as well as the shipper failing to call me back with updates as promised, I no longer have faith in this shipper and am forced to cancel this order for shipment.
