Cannot think of a positive thing to say. Every furniture item of ours was damaged; our sofa upholstery was so badly stained that it had to be replaced. Movers arrived late, walked away from the job, and despite self-reporting that they were ill, would not wear masks consistently or correctly. Mover fraudulently charged us outside of uShip and threatened to retain the money because our final inventory was over the original list. He threatened to cancel our shipment on the day of our move. Avoid.

I have been in this industry for 12 years and I know that I can not keep everyone happy, this customer misrepresented their shipment by over 60 boxes of their original posting to start and of course, refused to pay for the extra things. There was a cushion damaged and we reimbursed the client 418.00 off their bill. We are a platinum carrier because of the good service we give as you can see from our reviews. This client was problematic from day 1 and looked to beat us after moving them.
