Jim rocks and got me out of a tough spot when another service provider ditched my shipment last minute.

Shipper communicated well while acquiring the bid and to pick up another shipment already abandoned by another shipper. The communication of the timing of picking up that shipment was not clear as I thought both shipments were going to be picked up the same week. Fortunately the auctioneer of that shipment was forgiving. Then 3 days before picking up the abandoned one, they said they could not, leaving me in a lurch without an apology or amelioration. Original items well taken care of. Response from KCMOVERS: Rio is mentioning a shipment that was not part of USHIP bid and therefore cannot be commented on
We will ask USHIP to remove that portion of comments as it has nothing to do with our shipment for him which was done promptly and with perfection
The other shipment he wanted to add on off uship and unfort as it turns out we couldn't do on the short notice given
Sorry its caused him sour grapes and we were doing him a favor since his org shipper bailed on him

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The item was to be picked up on 9/28 or 9/29. I tried several times to reach the service provider, 3 emails, a phone call and a text and, yet, as of today, 10/3, i have received no response from them.

Mixed bag on this shipment. I ended up in hospital during delivery unable to communicate. He did a very good job trying to get me this table a second time. But he was quite late picking up to begin. Upon delivery as it was being unloaded the top separated from the base and looked like various parts of this table had been poorly repaired with glue everywhere. Brought with the prior forgotten hardware (except 1 item), but this piece was a missing pull. Attempts to retrieve this pull unanswered

At first I was very pleased with the value from Jetsexpress, but through a couple of questionable instances i'm left with a negative experience with this provider. This could have been something at the auction house or before - but some obvious poor repairs were made to a set of nesting tables & glue dripped from the repair and hardened like metal to the lower tables. Again, possibly occurring before pickup. But at least it was very hot in the trailer Also forgot some hardware in truck.

It's been awhile since this shipment occurred but I recall it generally being a good first uship experience.

Great service, great communication. Only one small issue that the shipper had left the area by the time I accepted the bid. But it was taken care of on his next trip. And, had it been a big deal, I feel Ed's the kind of guy who would have made it right, then and there. (but, not necessary)
