The problem with this shipment was: First I got sick and Second was the drop-off point in down town Houston. One big accident happened in front of a police station on a one way street. Held in traffic for over an hour. But in the long run, Dan was pleased once dropped. Great people. Jim

Our trailer was delivered safe and on time. Jim took very good care of our trailer and was very flexible to meet our timeframes. However, he requested the uship payment code several times prior to delivery (once even before he picked it up). He also told us the trailer was delivered when it was still in transit. Communication was good; however, I didn't receive responses to many text messages and had to spend an excessive amount of time with phone calls.

Trailer was late for drop-0ff because parking lot in down town Houston was full. Owner said it could not fit there. Payment was requested only after drop off and then I received the payment code that was not comlete. Then after several phone calls the problem was resolved. Still a good company to transport for.
