The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Thru no fault of his own, customer and I were both advised that the freight was on pallets and light enough to be picked up with standard liftgate. Once I dispatched the carrier, we discovered not only not on pallets, but weight of each unit much to heavy to be able to handled with equipment ordered.
This was a case of customers vendor mis-representing not only the weight of units, but that they were not on pallets as customer was told when listed on Uship.

It was unfortunate that the vendor for this customer stated that freight on pallets, and weight was over twice as much as expected. No way to load the liftgate trailer, since not on pallets, and too heavy, beyond capacity. I wish the consignee luck, and would gladly do business with them in the future. thanks bestpricedave08
