I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I was waiting for Customer to book load, and I end up booking another load on a different platform that was taking me in another direction I know this may hinder me on you ship with booking fees but I wanted to cancel early enough so the customer can find another service provider. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After booking the load and agreeing to a pickup and delivery on the same day, I was informed that the pickup location was different then what I agreed to and was listed on uship. The drive would be 6+ hours as opposed to 2+ hours. I offered to just increase the price and inform them that it now wouldn't be on the same day. I gave them the option to cancel & re-post under correct listing. No hard feelings, simple mix up but in no way was it due to us no being able to accommodate the load.

Clarence with TNC Logistics was beyond professional. He was very informative and provided us with updates throughout the entire delivery. He even provided pictures without having to ask and we truly appreciate them going above and beyond with our delivery. We would recommend TNC Logistics to any and everyone.
