A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Can not accomadte both client and person item has to be collected froms needs.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The service I received was not acceptable at at stage.
Our agreed date was changed.
The amended day and date did not correlate.
This new wrong date was then changed again at the last minute.
Our working times were not taken into account at all ( I was chastised for not accepting a delivery after midnight).
My phonecalls were not returned.
I was blamed for the conflict (for being 'inflexible')
I didn't request the cancellation, they did.

Comments very misleading & untrue as collection and delivery would have been carried out on agreed date if both seller & client could have been flexible with times, something they both refused staing fact they were teachers, even though collection & delivery would have been out with school hours 7am at earliest & 10pm at latest, not midnight as stated. We cancelled due to clients aggressive, rude & abusive manerisms towards us and we would definetly not recomend to other service providers.
