They were 4 days late picking up my stuff. They sent 3 people to get my stuff, and 3 people said, this won't all fit, and left. i sent them a video of all the stuff packed after the first person left, saying it won't fit. and 2 more times, people showed up saying it won't fit. finally the 4th person showed up 4 days late, and loaded up my stuff. And they damaged my stuff and won't provide bill of lading so i can actually claim the insurance. They paid me for one item, but not the other 2 Response from coutodelivery: You put extra things in the delivery you hid a lot of things all the things that were listed were not damaged at the time of delivery and there were only 2 guys in your house I think you did everything thought and the damaged things were paid for

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved was classified incorrectly as used so must be cancelled and rebooked

He spoke with my guy on monday 30th - and they made arrangments for delivery on monday week later nov 6th.
He then texts with 15 minute notice wed nov 1st he is showing up - and we have to give him a different address so he can actually unload, and not have to come back monday like agreed. And then asks me for more gas money. as he had to drive to a different address.

merchandise was severely damaged - tried to claim he didn't damage them - but yet we proved to insurance he did and they paid thankfully.

Amazing - i am totally using them again. I have used many, many shipping companies, and these guys were by far the best. 6 stars if i could.
