Neutral to positive mainly because my requirements were fairly low/easy. The items were bulky and heavy, but not delicate or brand new. Plus I was in no rush, therefore I was mainly focused getting it there cheaply.
Communication was not great, but the tractor and shredder got there in same condition sent. I'd use them again in similar circumstances.
