Further explanation from UPS Freight for why we are being charged a 95.00 redelivery fee. I received word from my customer that delivery was to be 12/22- they waited all day without delivery. 12/23 office was closed for holiday however they kept someone in shipping until noon. NO Show by trucking company. Monday 12/26 office closed for holiday Tuesday 12/27 they called for delivery. I would like this charge waived. Please advise, Kristen Bittner
