The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Hello . it was not enough money for the weight and piece i was picking up. Also i did get to deliver before another driver. But the shipper decided that the other driver was more important. Thats why i mentioned that i was not going to wait i was there first. Also piece might had been misrepresented by shipper. Engine its not inside the piece . is a separate pallet. It takes more space. It was not mentioned on listings. Any misunderstanding i apologized. God bless.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider showed up at pickup location,after I had got the people to have everything out and ready, told shipper it would take 10 min to load and he said he wouldn't wait. What kind of fraud thinks it doesnt take ample time to load a piece of machinery? I am about done with uship honestly, this was a waste of time for me and those I had prepare shipment

Mike did an excellent job getting everything together and completed. Great communication throughout the shipment,and did an excellent job working through some paperwork problems with the auction site, he took the initiative to get the phone calls started to get everything accomplished.
