A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I showed up to pick this vehicle up but was not informed by customer that his vehicle was at a dealership that. closed at five p.m. if I had known this I would have made arrangements with dealer to pick this vehicle up on the day I was there I have been trying to make arrangements to get a vehicle back up to that area to pick this up and have not been able to arrange pickup on this vehicle I am sorry for the inconveince and I did plan to make arrangements to get this vehicle picked up

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time It has been three weeks and I still don't have a date from the carrier about when he will pick up.

I showed up to pick this shipment up but the shipper did not inform me this was a dealership if I had been informed of this I would have made arrangements with the dealership to be able to pick this vehicle up even though they were closed I am sorry for the misunderstanding and I have been trying to make arrangements to go back to move this for the customer but have not been able to make this happen I apologize for any inconvience
